Reed Exhibitions releases the third edition of Reed Exhibitions' Global Health and Safety Strategy in the Context of COVID-19 - Exhibition Activities in the New Normal in January 2022。As the industry ADAPTS and business restarts, this revision keeps pace with the evolving epidemic, the latest research findings, and changes in thinking and practice。
The health and safety of Reed's exhibitors, visitors, employees and partners is our number one priority。Reed's Global Safety Trade Show strategy and five-point Enhanced Health and Safety program will continue to be updated, while retaining its focus:Collaboration and participation、Risk management、规划、通讯和Safeguard measure。
China has resumed holding offline exhibitions。Reed Exhibitions will continue to work closely with government epidemic prevention and public safety departments, venues and partners to organize safe and compliant exhibitions in an orderly manner in accordance with China's epidemic prevention and control situation and policy adjustments。We will continue to implement the latest epidemic prevention policy and deploy appropriate epidemic prevention measures, including but not limited to:
a) The venue should be disinfected regularly and well ventilated every day
b) Exhibitors and visitors are required to register their real names to enter the exhibition, so that they can be tracked and contacted if necessary
c) Set up non-contact temperature check at the exhibition entrance
d) Check the wearing of masks at the exhibition entrance and in the exhibition hall
e) Disinfectant and spare masks will be provided at the registration counter and exhibition related functional areas
f) Manage the flow of visitors to the exhibition hall
g) Remind exhibitors and visitors to maintain social distancing and avoid contact interaction through communication
h) Advise exhibitors and visitors on good hygiene (washing hands frequently, sneezing into tissues, wearing masks correctly, etc.) through communication
i) The following persons are not allowed to participate in the exhibition
- People spreading or infected with COVID-19
- People with symptoms of COVID-19
We will update the exhibition quarantine requirements according to the latest government quarantine policy。
